SHIPPING:
WHEN MY ORDER SHIPS WILL I RECEIVE CONFIRMATION?
Yes. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification and a tracking number. You can also check your order status by logging in and visiting the My Account section.
WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?
Orders ship via one of our preferred carriers, UPS, USPS, DHL, unless indicated otherwise on your order. The customer is responsible for all shipping and freight charges. Please allow one business day to process all orders.
RETURNS:
  • Hounds of Fortune accepts returns up to 14 days from date the item was delivered.
  • All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, Hounds of Fortune does not offer free returns. 
  • We cannot accept returns of damaged or washed garments under any circumstances.
  • Please allow up to 5 working days for your refund to be processed once we receive your returned item.
  • Anything returned outside of the 14 day policy will not be eligible for a refund, instead we can only offer a Gift Card if the goods arrive in new, unworn condition. 
  • As of the COVID-19 precautions, we're no longer accepting exchanges. You'll now need to place a new order if your chosen size doesn't quite fit right.
